Level 1 — Mild
Nitrous Oxide (Laughing Gas)
Inhaled through a small, comfortable mask, nitrous oxide produces a light, euphoric relaxation within minutes. It's safe for all ages — including young children — and wears off within minutes of the mask being removed, allowing patients to drive home and resume normal activities immediately.
Level 2 — Moderate
Oral Sedation
A prescription sedative medication is taken by mouth prior to your appointment, producing a deeper state of relaxation. Patients remain conscious but feel calm and drowsy throughout treatment. A responsible adult must drive the patient home. Ideal for moderate dental anxiety and longer appointments.
Level 3 — Deep
IV Sedation & General Anesthesia
Administered directly into the bloodstream by our board-certified anesthesiologist Dr. Anthony Tran, IV sedation produces a deep sleep-like state. Patients are continuously monitored throughout. Ideal for children, special needs patients, severe anxiety, and complex multi-procedure appointments.

We offer three levels of sedation: Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) for mild anxiety, oral sedation for moderate anxiety, and IV sedation or general anesthesia for complex cases or patients with severe anxiety and special needs — all administered and monitored by Dr. Anthony Tran.
Nitrous oxide wears off within minutes — patients can drive home. Oral and IV sedation take several hours to fully wear off; a responsible adult must drive the patient and stay with them for the rest of the day. Our team provides complete written post-sedation instructions before every appointment.
